I'm here to write a positive review of my experience with Gina, not just because she did an impressive job of marketing with professional photos and video footage of the house i was selling, but also because I truly believe her expertise helped us fetch the highest ever price for any home in our subdivision. There were two other similar homes nearby for sale with no offers coming in, which led my family and I to think we should list the home for a lower price. Gina suggested that we list for higher, to show that our house is better than the others. She was correct and we had a multiple offer situation which she handled with care and professionalism. She is by far the most talented and hard working Realtor I have worked with.
